• The principle of ‘first come, first served’ will be applied. Registrations are open until the 1st of April 2010.
• The registration will be definitive after the payment of fees :
  • Circuit ARWS : 750€ for one team
  • Circuit ICDI 100€ for 2 racers team, 150€ for 4 racers team
  • A final payment of 1000 € before the 31st of March 2009
• An increase of 150€ will be applied to any entry in the circuit ARWS survey after th 1st of July 2010
• In the event of unseen circumstances for a team, before the 31st of July : injury, illness with presentation of a medical certificate, 75% of the total registration fee will be reimbursed. After the above date all fees will be credited to Sport&Nature ProMotion.
• In the event of unseen circumstances such as war, natural catastrophe, strikes the event date can be postponed.
