• The principle of ‘first come, first served’ will be applied. Registrations are open until the 31st of March, 2009.
  • The registration will be definitive after all below payments have been made :
    • An initial payment of 700 € to validate inscription
    • A second payment of 1500 € before the 31st of January 2009
    • A final payment of 1000 € before the 31st of March 2009
  • Registrations made after the 31 of January must include all payments due at this date (for example, an registration on the 12th of February must include the sum of 2200€ (700 + 1500)
    For logistical reasons, team’s registration after the 15th of February cannot be insured the same conditions such as the night of the 30-31st May being offered and the special rates proposed for the other nights and meals.
  • In the event of unseen circumstances for a team, before the 31st April of : injury, illness with presentation of a medical certificate, 75% of the total registration fee will be reimbursed. After the above date all fees will be credited to Sport&Nature ProMotion.
  • In the event of unseen circumstances such as war, natural catastrophe, strikes the event date can be postponed.
  • The first five french and the five foreign teams to inscribe will receive a 320€ reduction with a total sum of 2880€ to be paid. The above ranking being based on the date and hour of registration on the website www.raidinfrance.com. The initial payment and registration on the website must correspond in order to validate the above conditions. The 320€ reduction will be deducted from the final payment. Payment dates must be respected in order to benefit from the above reduction.
