zzz: the low of sleep

Raid in France requires racers to take a total of 8 hours of controlled sleep during their passage through transition areas or checkpoints. This sleep can be taken in minimum increments of 30 minutes throughout the race; it is monitored and recorded by the volunteers on site.

Managing rest time is therefore an integral part of the teams’ progression strategy and influences their decision-making.

Three days into the race, competitors have taken between 1.5 and 6 hours of sleep. Analyze the summary table to better assess each team’s position: ZZZZZZ
