June 27: Around Mont-Blanc and Discovering Beaufortin

Stage C / TREK 1: Around Mont-Blanc
The most challenging section of this 2022 edition. High mountain progression and mountaineering on a glacier at 3400m above sea level. A Via ferrata arriving just above the exquisite Roselend lake will resume this section.
This section is a highlight of the course due to it’s progression at high altitude. On the program : a succession of 4 mountain passes : the Petit Saint Bernard and a glacier section leading to the Petit Dome des Glaciers, culminating point of this adventure at an altitude of 3250 meters. And to finish, the difficult Via Ferrata of the Rocher du Vent overlooking the
Roselend lake below, the joy of the Northern Alps.
