Thank you to our 150 volunteers!

They welcomed, transported, set up, guided and cheered… From Corte to L’Île-Rousse, the 150 volunteers at ARWC 2026 brought this World Championship to life with energy and generosity.

Behind every team taking part in the adventure were people working to make sure everything was ready in the right place, at the right time. Welcoming competitors, preparing equipment, handling logistics, staffing transition areas and providing refreshments: volunteers took on all these tasks around the clock, day and night.

They adapted, found solutions and dealt with fatigue and the unexpected, while maintaining the care for others that matters so much in a race this long. A smile at the end of a section, a word of encouragement in the middle of the night, a helping hand before setting off again: these are also the memories teams take home from Corsica.

To everyone who gave their time and shared this adventure with us, a huge thank you. You helped make this edition magical!
